This quick and easy, sweet but healthy, breakfast smoothie will keep you energized throughout the day! It tastes like desert, but feels like a hearty meal!
Prep: 5 min.
– 2 ripe bananas
– 2 Tbsp. peanut butter
– 2 heaping Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
– 1 Tbsp honey
– 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
– 1 cup milk (non-fat preferably)
– 1 cup ice
Optional: 1/4 cup rolled oats
1. Blend all of the ingredients.
2. Serve in a glass with a straw. Enjoy! 🙂
